Because we sell food products, special policies apply.

1. Food Products

For health and safety reasons, all food sales are final.

We do not accept returns on opened or used food products.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

A damaged product

The wrong item

A defective package

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We will review and may offer:

Replacement

Store credit

Refund (at our discretion)

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
